Chifumnanya Jessica Ijeh with stage name NANYA is a unique Pop/Alternative singer-songwriter who makes music that conveys inside and out life significance, issues, and experiences. She announced her presence on the world music space when she released a pidgin cover of Beyonce’s hit “If I Were A Boy” then another track “No Hate” calling for peace in Africa, produced by Andre Vibez.
Nanya appeared on the first season of 'The Voice Nigeria’s' Blind Auditions and later went on to releasing her official first single “PLASTIC PEOPLE” produced by Lamp House’s Don L37. The songbird has also lent her vocals to motion picture soundtracks for Nollywood’s Uche Jombo Productions, and has also featured on M.I’s “Chairman” album.
NANYA is a bundle of beauty and brains too as she is a graduate of Political Science from Babcock University and has a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos.

She dished out a stellar performance of her pidgin cover of Beyonce's 'If I were a boy' that has got producers and A-list artistes looking out for her in the Music Industry. She is definitely a force to reckon with as she has been put on radar, gunning for the likes of Waje, Omawunmi, Simi and Yemi Alade.
